In practical layman's terms.
Suppose you have a video that is 1 hour 25 minutes long (01:25:00), and a viewer watching the video left/closed it at 12 minutes 13 seconds into the video (00:12:13). Whenever they return to that video, we’ll automatically continue the video at 00:12:13 for the viewer.

No timeline scrubbing is required
